BackServices in stations
Eurostar’s main stations (Paris Gare du Nord, Brussels Midi/Zuid and London St Pancras International) are all located in the hearts of Eurostar’s core destinations, such that they are easily accessible, and each also offers a wide array of services to travellers.
These include car parking facilities, comfortable departure lounges, self-service ticket machines, a variety of shops, and WiFi access throughout the stations. What’s more, Business Premier travellers and EurostarTM carte blanche holders can make use of the Business Premier lounges in each of the stations.
BackPractical information
Booking is mandatory for Eurostar travel. Travellers can book up to four months prior to departure, and earlier booking is likely to result in cheaper ticket prices.
All travellers must check in at least 30 minutes before boarding (10 minutes for Business Premier ticket holders and EurostarTM carte blanche holders) using the check-in gates at the “departures” entrance. Before checking in citizens of non-EU countries must complete a landing card, as available from Eurostar staff, and hand it to immigration staff.
Travellers carry their own luggage aboard Eurostar trains, and bikes are welcome on board.
