1.1 This website provides information on RAILTEAM B.V. ('RAILTEAM') and services. RAILTEAM is a cooperation of DB Fernverkehr Aktiengesellschaft, Eurostar International Limited, N.S. Hispeed Groep N.V., ÖBB Personenverkehr Aktiengesellschaft, Schweizerische Bundesbahnen SBB, SNCB Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Belges and SNCF Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français as full Members ('Members').
2. Information and material
2.1 While RAILTEAM has taken every effort to ensure that the information contained within this website is correct at the time of going live, RAILTEAM cannot be held responsible for any errors and omissions or any information which may be incomplete, inaccurate or may have become out of date. Whilst RAILTEAM tries to ensure that the conditions and information displayed are correct it cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.
2.2 RAILTEAM has made every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. It is always wise for you to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet. RAILTEAM cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

All rights are reserved by RAILTEAM and the Members.
5.3 Using this website does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights from RAILTEAM, the Members or their licensors to you or third parties.
