  • Railteam Information Points

    These are your source for travel information in English or the local language. You'll find them in our five hubs: Lille Europe, Brussels Midi, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart, and in the following stations: Paris Est, Paris Nord, Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Gare Montparnasse, Paris CDG Airport, Lyon Part Dieu, Strasbourg, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Karlsruhe, Amsterdam and Schiphol. More Railteam Information Points will be opening during the year.

  • Hop on the next train

    If you miss your train because of disrupted service on the preceding leg of your Railteam journey, you can take the next train. There is no need to modify your ticket or make a new reservation. This service is now available at the five Railteam hubs (Lille Europe, Brussels Midi, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart) for all Railteam passengers connecting between two Railteam trains. Later, we will extend this service to all Railteam connections. The 'hop on the next train' service is subject to availability. Seats cannot be guaranteed.
