    These are your sources of travel information in English or the local language. You'll find them in our five hubs: Lille-Europe, Brussels-Midi, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart, and in the following stations: Paris Est, Paris Nord, Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Gare Montparnasse, Paris CDG Airport, Lyon Part Dieu, Strasbourg, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Karlsruhe, Amsterdam and Schiphol.

  • Hop on the next train

    If you miss your train because of a disrupted service on the preceding leg of your Railteam journey, you can take the next train. There is no need to modify your ticket or make a new reservation. This service is currently available at the five Railteam hubs (Lille-Europe, Brussels-Midi, Frankfurt, Cologne and Stuttgart) for all Railteam passengers connecting between two Railteam trains. We will later be extending this service to all Railteam connections. The 'Hop on the next train' service is subject to availability. Seats cannot be guaranteed.
