4. I can use 'Railteam Mobile', but when it accesses the Internet, it doesn’t work, I always get error messages like 'Error while opening connection(1)' or 'No status message received from server(10)'. What can I do?

Your Internet profile (Access point/APN, etc.) for Java applications probably has the wrong settings (if you are using UMTS/GPRS/EDGE). Please refer to your device's manual to see how to change them. You should enter the data appropriate to your provider.

- On Blackberry devices for example: Options -> Advanced options -> TCP - On Sony Ericsson devices: Depending on the device, the setting can be found under Settings -> Connections -> Internet settings -> Java settings, or under Connections -> Java options -> Internet profiles.

Or you can get your provider to send you a special text message which provides your device with the appropriate settings. Please refer to your provider's homepage for further information.

If you are using WLAN, the signal may be too weak or you may have the wrong password.

7. When accessing the Internet using 'Railteam Mobile', I always get a message like 'The server reports the following error: !'

Does your Java Internet profile have the correct settings (access point/APN, username, password)? If it does, you probably have restricted Internet access. Please contact your provider in this case.

8. The installation of 'Railteam Mobile' is cancelled. The mobile device says the application is too big.

Please check to see if there is enough space available on the memory card or the device's internal memory. If there is still plenty of space left, your mobile device has a size limitation for Java applications which is lower than the 'Railteam Mobile' program file. Some older mobile devices have such limitations. In this case, we can only suggest that you buy a newer device.

Some Java virtual machines only have GMT as a time zone or have problems with daylight-saving time. Your can correct the time of 'Railteam Mobile' in Settings -> Information time. Be aware that you should differ no more than 24 hours from the current time or the date will change.
